Scandalous site with data on all residents of the Russian Federation and CIS CLOSED!

posted on the Web scandalous database, through which anyone can obtain information on any resident of Russia and the CIS, is closed. When you try to enter the site the user sees an inscription: «Life closed in accordance with the Council of Europe Convention« On the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data ».
The site came online in late March last year. With the help of everyone to receive information on all citizens of Russia and the CIS, including place of residence and employment, wages, phone numbers, criminal records, leading to the police, on the personal vehicles and other information is confidential. At least, so argued the creators of resources.
Interestingly, the site present information about how ordinary people, and the celebrities of Ksenia Sobchak and Alla Pugacheva. But Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev is no evidence there was not.
