Last year in Russia has been named the Year of the Family and saw unprecedented growth for the past decades, fertility in Russia.
In 2008, our country was born more than 1.7 million children. This is 100 000 more than in the preceding year 2007, which was also a record number of births over the past 15 years.
Decent results for the Year of the Family! It is hoped that in the coming year, the birth of a child will become the most important, the most joyous event of the year for hundreds of thousands of Russian families.
